A. Information You Provide

• Email, wallet address, and identity credentials (only if voluntarily shared).
• Usage data submitted via forms or support tickets.

B. Automatic Data Collection

• Browser/device info: version, IP, language, screen size.
• Usage analytics: page views, click events, load times.
• Aggregated blockchain metadata: gas fees, contract call frequency.

C. Blockchain & Chainlink Data

• We do not store full transaction details or private keys.
• Only use on-chain data to provide features like risk reports and history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the platform, enabling wallet/session features.
• To generate risk reports using AI with on-chain + credit pull data.
• To monitor Chainlink usage: CCIP, VRF, Functions, and LINK spending.
• To notify users about updates and new features (opt-out enabled).

3. How We Share Data

• Chainlink nodes may receive encrypted request info for decentralized execution.
• Third-party tools receive anonymized analytics data (no wallet or PII).
• Legal obligations (e.g., subpoenas) may require disclosing limited metadata.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

4. Data Privacy & Security

• We don’t collect identity tied to your wallet; all wallet usage is pseudonymous.
• On-chain transaction data is immutable; we store only metadata.
• Encryption, secure hosting (Vercel), IAM-based access, and environment isolation are enforced.
• Chainlink CCIP Private Transactions are supported for enhanced privacy.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR/CCPA you can:

• Access or correct your data via support@credchain.io
• Request deletion of metadata (excluding on-chain logs)
• Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies in “Manage Cookies”
• Refer to our Cookie Policy to disable cookies in your browser

6. Data Retention

• Session-level: up to 30 days
• Contract usage: up to 1 year
• Analytics: anonymized indefinitely

Deletion requests apply only to off-chain metadata. On-chain data remains immutable.

7. Children & Minors

CredChain is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy (e.g., to reflect new Chainlink features). The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated policy.
